About SDM Group

The team behind the work.

Based in San José del Cabo, SDM Group brings together on-site leadership, technical coordination and disciplined project oversight. We work closely with owners, architects, engineers and specialist trades to keep every part of the project aligned from its earliest decisions through handover.

Experience in off-grid construction.

Building off-grid means planning the home and its supporting infrastructure together. Our experience includes properties in El Encanto, La Fortuna and other locations where power, water, wastewater and access require careful coordination.

We bring these requirements into the early planning process, helping owners understand the scope and make informed decisions before construction progresses.
